Refund and Returns Policy
All ticket sales are final as noted during the ticket purchasing process. If you are unable to attend the day for which your ticket was purchased but are able to attend another day or if you are not able to attend at all and wish to share your ticket with another individual, please contact [email protected] to have your ticket information updated. We will require your name, email address, invoice or ticket #, and a brief description of changes requested.
All tournament entry fees are final as noted during the registration process. If you require a change in registration day or event, please contact [email protected] with your name, email address, invoice #, and tournament details to have your registration updated.
All vendor booth reservations are final as noted during the reservation process. In the event of extenuating circumstances, we are happy to discuss moving booth reservation to the subsequent show. Please contact [email protected] with name, company name, email address, booth #, and a brief description of requested changes.
Merchandise sold at any TCG Con location is non refundable. If item is damaged at time of purchase, we are happy to exchange for the same item or closest replacement. We will not honor exchange of item that has been used.
